Young Wardens – Breeding Bird Survey and Spring Tasks with the RSPB – 9th April

Join the RSPB to develop your bird-watching skills while undertaking an important Breeding Bird Survey with reserves staff, along with a few practical tasks to get the reserve ready for Spring.

Young Wardens is a group for 12-17 year-old’s wishing to take part in practical conservation activities or work towards the completion of their Duke of Edinburgh Award Community hours.

Please dress appropriately for the weather with stout footwear. This event will involve walking at a countryside site which contains uneven ground. If you have any additional mobility requirements or any other needs please contact us to discuss them. We will endeavour to accommodate them wherever possible. A packed lunch will also be required.
