Gather around the hearth at Avalon Archaeology to hear stories and sing songs with storyteller Dan Broadbent and violinist Emily Fear.
For thousands of years people have gathered around the hearth to share stories and sing songs. Take your place around the fire in the Saxon Hall as we celebrate this ancient tradition in the company of Blabbermouth Storytelling.
Accompanied by singer and violinist Emily Fear, award winning archaeologist and storyteller Dan Broadbent will lead you on a historical journey, weaving together folk tales, legends and familiar songs from across the ages – from Bede to the Beatles.
With audience participation very much encouraged, this special evening of storytelling and song is not be missed.
