What’s the refund policy? If unforeseen circumstances cause RSPB Ham Wall to cancel an event, all ticket holders will be informed, and a full refund will be issued. Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Refunds are subject to an administration fee. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

This is a fun activity aimed at exploring our pond habitat and the different creatures which live there!
This event is aimed at families with children aged between 5-12 years. Each time-slot booking is for 1 child and up to 1 adult (aged 18 years and over) to pond dip for 45 minutes. An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. For full information, please check the ticket attached to your booking confirmation email.
COST
Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are £4.75 for child RSPB members, £5.75 for child RSPB non-members.
Please note that booking fees apply and are included in cost above.
There are 8 pond dipping stations. If you have not booked in advance and all stations are full when you arrive, if there is availability at a later time slot you will be given a time to return and you can purchase tickets from the Info Point.
Car Parking is available in the large RSPB car park but please note that car parking charges apply to non-RSPB members (£3 all day). RSPB members display membership card on dashboard for free parking.
