Key information
There’s a secret world hidden all around us, full of amazing creatures…
Join us to find and identify what is lurking in the pond, hiding in the grass or under a stone, or singing from the trees! We will spend some time pond dipping, bug hunting and bird watching, finding as many animals as we can and recording them as we go along, helping us to create a snapshot of what animals are around at that time in the Mini Marshes and the main path of the reserve.
This event is aimed at families with children aged between 5-12 years. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 +) at all times. Accompanying adults free. Younger children and teens are permitted and are free but will not be able to participate in the activities.
Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
COST
£6.75 for child RSPB members, £8.25 for child RSPB non-members. Please note that booking fees apply and are included in these costs.
