Embark on your Nordic walking journey with this beginner-friendly session! After a warm welcome and an introduction to Nordic walking by Julie, you’ll be equipped with specially designed poles tailored to your needs. Our expert instructors will guide you through the 10-step INWA Nordic Walking Technique, breaking it down into manageable and enjoyable stages.
We’ll take a short pause midway to recharge with refreshments, providing a chance to relax and chat with fellow participants. Once everyone is comfortable with the basics, we’ll set off together on a scenic walk, exploring the beauty of the nearby marshes. Enjoy the fresh air, gentle exercise, and the camaraderie of walking in a group while taking in the serene natural surroundings.

ACCESSIBILTY
The Avalon Marshes Centre is fully wheelchair accessible, accessible from the car park via flat paved paths and wooden boardwalks. The meeting rooms are accessed by a permanent wooden ramp. Meeting room 1 features double doors, while meeting room 2 has a single door. Please note there is no hearing loop in the meeting rooms.
